Very nice property with nice cottages. We booked garden-facing rooms, but from our balcony, we were getting sea views. Well maintained property with nice sea lookout areas. Though limited menu on offer, but very tasty food. If you love a quiet vacation on nature's lap, this is the place for you. Close to the airport was also a plus for us.

I have following comments to make about my stay at the resort: 1. Ms Aarti was very cooperative and handled all my requests perfectly. Thanks to her. 2. The landscaping of the property is outstanding. 3. Sleep was comfortable. 4. The boys at the restaurant looked after me very well, they served with politeness but the quality of food was disappointing. Curd was too sour to eat, there were very few pieces of paneer in the 'kadahi paneer'. On the other side, following things need to be improved 1.Quality of toiletries provided. It is of extremely low quality, just unacceptable. 2. I had a harrowing time at check out, the gentleman at the front desk was very novice and took 15 minutes to settle my account. 3. Non availability of intercom is disappointing 4.The main door and the closet is room no 117 are in bad shape 5. The approach to sea front is poorly illuminated and hazardous. A proper walkway should be there.

Disliked · The reception staff at 0200 on 09 apr 2022, was very loudly abusive, rude, disrespectful, shouting out of control and absolutely non repentant in has behaviour. Simply put we were a group of 20 odd friends arrived at the resort at 0200 after a farewell party to a friend. the was no staff at the reception. we called out, no response, so one friend of mine decided to take the key of him room and proceed. just when he was leaving the reception, the duty receptionist arrived. my friend called out to him and told him he had taken the key to his room and held it up to show. The person on duty started shouting at him, how dare you go there, what is your name, why have you touched things on the counter. without going into further detail, he was loudly abusive, arrogant, rude, disrespectful and continued thus till he was checked by another of my friends. The hotel cannot hire such a person for front desk duties. Frankly i will never recommend this hotel to anybody and never stay there again.

Overall the experience was very bad. The property is not maintained. A lot of malfunction in the room. Bed sheet and covering very dirty. Door lock not working. Scratch marks in the bathtub and very dirty. Amenities not placed as per occupancy. Most disappointing was that the pool was very dirty and no one bother to clean it. Had called up the property informing the purpose of the visit , however no one bother to do anything.

I stayed here for 2 nights and wish I hadn’t. Arrived early hours in the morning, was grateful for help with my bags but the guy smelt like alcohol and was very slow leaving my room, this made me very uncomfortable being a solo women travelling. The swimming pools were absolutely filthy, green and dirty, not able to swim in them, as for the beach. Wow the amount of litter was just sad. So many beer bottles and just a total mess. For an “eco” resort, they should take some responsibility for cleaning this up. My whole time here I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.. staff were just plainly not bothered about helping. Also charge more for rooms than when you booked online. I didn’t have the energy to argue, I was dying to get out. With all that being said, this place has amazing potential. The grounds really are stunning, the plants are beautiful and it maybe was great once?
