Nice place to spend time with family.. good vegetarian food. Nice variety in breakfast and also in lunch and dinner. The big plus is walkable distance from the beach. The rooms are old but maintened properly.

Visited for vegetarian meal at night and food was very good. Arrangement was clean and cozy. Assisted by Mr. Austin at the time of dinner and service was good. Definitely Recommended for pure veg food and suitable for family as well as couple visitors.

Room 309 Maintenance of rooms and bathrooms bad.Maybe they have old and new wing rooms. First floor Resturant not maintained properly however the Fresh farm cafe Resturant at ground level was better maintained and serviced. Breakfast overall average. 1st day Staff service and room dining poor (our room got cleaned at 5.30pm. Even after repeated reminders to housekeeping and reception. Food ordered at 9pm got at 10.30pm just 1 dish. Reason shortage of staff or big group dinner. 2nd day housekeeping service was better. Deluxe room size good with king bed and lounge area with Fridge,TV cupboard, tea kettle. Location excellent as in 5min walking distance from the cavelossim beach. Swimming pool,rain dance, souvenirs shop,spa,banquet, activity area, backside resort with river view. If you are looking for budget category pure vegetarian beach resort with basic amenities then you can opt this resort. Suitable for groups,office groups, families,couples. The hotel is in extremely poor condition and least maintained. I advise to avoid the hotel at every cost. The rooms are very stinky and hotel is short of staff. We had taken 2 bedroom suite. The room was far from suite rather the condition was that of their grade hotel.
