good villa no disturbance overall food quality was not good but remaining villa was good, cleaning on time no disturbance can stay with friends and party and enjoy the time in goa. Complimentary breakfast was not good

Rooms- 4 star Rooms are spacious and clean. Room amenities- 1 star They have only hair dryer and thats why gave 1 star. No water kettle, no water bottle provided. When asked for water bottle they said that they only provide RO filtered water in rooms. Breakfast was tasty but the menu was not displayed anywhere. Cornflakes was stinky, when spoke with owner Mrs. Fernandez she said that the corn flakes are not ok kellogs and that's why they were stinking. The spread of the buffet breakfast was short. Not options were there for children to eat. They must think of it. Mrs. Fernandez is the owner and not supportive. After alot of talks she asked her ataff to put tea kettle and water bottle in the room. Only kettle was kept. No tea cups, tea sachets, milk sachets and coffee sachets were kept. When asked why only kettle and no cups and other things kept. Epic Reply we got from maria was that kettle is just kept for hot drinking water. On top of it when complained about the services Mrs. Fernandez said that if you are not happy with the services then you can find another hotel and we will give you full refund. Very bad experience. Think twice before booking this. They don't know how to give proper genuine services. NO WONDER THEY HAVE ONLY 3.4 GUEST RATINGS ON GOOGLE, TRIPADVISOR, MAKEMYTRIP AND MANY OTHER SITES. NOW WE PAID THE AMOUNT AND HAVE CHILDREN WITH US HENCE CANNOT CHANGE THE HOTEL.OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE DONE IT. THE REASON WHY KETTLE IS NOT GIVEN WAS THAT THEY HAVE A BIG GROUP OF 65 PEOPLE IN HOTEL AND HENCE THEY FAILED TO GIVE IT BUT THIS IS NOT THE REASON. EACH ROOM MUST HAVE IT. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.FROM NEXT TIME. FOR TRAVEL AGENTS PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS HOTEL.

Ondas Do Mar Phase 2 Opp Calangute Mall, Holiday Street, Gauravaddo, Calangute, North Goa, Calangute, Goa, India 403516 Typical older style hotel In Goa Room is nice, has both a front and rear balcony, both balcony's had no furniture until I asked for some. Bed is very soft, but okay, bedding is adequate although has not been changed for 10 days Check in was okay, they seemed to require my passport for rather a long time which made me nervous. Trying to get the room cleaned is a mission, I’m generally out for 6-8 hours and the room is still normally untouched when I get back...been here 4 days and it’s been cleaned once. Breakfast was fine, the smallest coffee cups ever, they are espresso cups for instant coffee, I decided to have coffee on the beach. Cafe Roma, nice coffee and clean food....try the salads too. The staff here are really friendly and will do anything to help you, it just takes a long time, but this is India. The pool is clean, I struggled to get in it, large groups of Indians have appeared, I think there were 6 to 8 in most rooms and they took over the pool, partying and having fun, which I don’t have a problem with, however going for a quiet swim when they are bombing in the water fully clothed, drunk, kind of put me off....saying that once they had run out of energy about 16.00, I managed to swim. There is this constant music from 8am for about 12 hours here so if you want some tranquility maybe bring some ear plugs, not only is there music from the pool but from the front of my room is blaring music from another hotel. Just to add to the noise issues, I had to complain as 2 Indian families appeared yesterday with a very load speaker which they situated under my balcony, the noise was unbearable at 8am and It quiet clearly says on the room rules no load music from rooms. I let it go yesterday about 15 people fully clothed, drunk, In the pool. Really load music until late. So not the place to relax here....I can’t even read my book the noise is terrible. The noise situation did not improve, when the really inconsiderate Indian family’s that drunk all day playing loud music all day until they were too drunk to move any more left. Because another load arrived today doing the same thing. Not only were they playing music and really drunk, when I did decided to go for a swim the very drunk males were trying to provoke me by getting in my way, swimming across my path and generally being awful. Just to finish my 10 days of hell off, I jumped in the shower this morning at 4am as my taxi was coming at 5am, only to find I’m sharing the shower with a very large cockroach! This hotel is so badly run, I seriously advise you to look elsewhere. I won’t ever be back. Thanks for an awful ten days. It quite clearly says on the rules in my room that any behaviour that would affect other guest is not allowed, however it appears any behaviour is permitted if you are buying this hotel’s overpriced drinks. Also quite clear they don’t give a dam about anyone else staying here. You are also not allowed to bring any food and drinks from outside the hotel meaning you have to buy their water at 50% more than the MRP!

We have stayed in this resort for 3 days and my experience with this property is horrible and very bad. A/C was not functional Rooms were not clean Bathroom mat were not provided and made available only post questioning them For three days of stay 1 liter water provided in the room, upon questioning they asked us to take water from g to heir RO and unit. Overall we had very bad experience in this resort.

Worst experience I have booked 2 rooms in this hotel in February 2020 for 3 days. I called up the number of hotel and they sent me pics of room which were too good and also considering the good review I booked rooms.booking was done almost 15 days before. I had already told them that our check in will be late and so keep the rooms ready by decided time as per our flight and they too agreed . When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the pool side rooms promised by the owner are full & we had to take other 2 rooms .I was with family & had already done half payment.The available rooms were pathetic. Not even proper point to charge the mobile. In second room, the lights were defective.On complaining the electrician arrived and still could not fix it .I told them to move me to proper room as early as possible since we had senior citizens with us .On third day they moved us to other rooms only to find cockroaches all over .The staff here is very horrible.Even if you reserve your room they will allot it to anyone who comes for inquiry at good rate and in return offer you a shabby room.This hotel only intends to convince foreign tourists & yet fail to do so . Now the Cons: 1. The Old rooms on the left side of entry are shabby. 2. The pool side rooms on ground floor are infested with cockroaches. 3. The Breakfast is Average. 4. Lunch/ Dinner food is average & costly .Quantity is very less .Lot of better options for food nearby hotel. 5. The staff is horrible and they are busy updating mini bar checklist of room & owner Maria is very unsupportive & uncooperative which adds to frustration of choosing this hotel. Pros 1. Only one positive point of this hotel is that it is 10 mins walk from beach . I would never refer this hotel to anyone.
