Stayed in March 2022 1. fine if you are paying 3000 for 1 night stay 2. top floors rooms are big and better try to take that 3. take only breakfast as food is average and better to explore more options outside 4. candolim beach is 5 min drive from hotel 5. scooty is easily available from outside near hotel for 250 Rs Per day 6. Resturant is small and having only few items in breakfast 7. room service is good 8. lost of corporate groups you will find in this hotel 9. clean rooms with suficiente toiletries

It's a nice place to stay Undoubtedly at an economical price per night. 3k nearabout or may be low Good facilities, hygienic and tasty meals throughout the Day - Breakfast Lunch Dinner 👍🏼 Special appreciation for Mr. Suraj Singh, the receptionist who tackles most of the tasks there with great level of Patience & Etiquettes of talking to the customers approaching Resort. Just one major issue you may face as a visitor (may be) the House Keeping Services, trust me, it Sucks. In simple words, I would say, except Mr. SURAJ SINGH & JOYCE BARCOZA no one speaks Professionally. Real issue you will face with the house keeping staff Ajay and the Eccentric_Pathetic Manager Shivaaka, having no sense of speaking with the customer. Shivaaka can't hear complaints, whatever you face during stay Instead he would simply transfer the mistake on other staff executives and may even start replying you in a crying tone. He's actually spoiling the Brand Image of De' Alturas Resorts in Candolim City, Goa I shall never advise anyone to stay here at a price more than 2K per room. First thing don't go by the photos of this hotel on any of the websites coz they a photoshoped to look good. We checked in on 13th April in duplex luxury room of this hotel. The room is very small and conjusted plus very very unclean. Service is very bad took one hour to give us coffee from restaurant in room. We got stuck in lift thrice. Breakfast is horrible. Swimming pool is right at the entrance where there are taxis parked and drivers looking at people in the pool. With all this we checked out on 14th Morning coz we just couldn't stay in this unclean and dirty hotel (we had a booking till 16th April). A Big no if you wish to stay in this hotel.

Very bad hotel service. Not got room that we paid for and we didn't receive room till 5 pm evening saying something is broken and needs to fix. And that too one segregated room on terrace. No security. No parking space. No customer service.
