    Overall hotel is very nice,staff is very cooperative... hospitality was nice....also food was very delicious...nice place to stay....market is near to the hotel so everything is easily available...it was very nice experience..

    Hotel is a little worn out and needs refurbishment. Location is good but other than that no USP. Breakfast was average and hardly any staff available except one that too not dressed well. In this kind of money many better options available in Goa

    We had a terrible Experience as I ll strongly oppose to go in this hotel As per comittment swimming pool was total closed . Bedsheets was blooded when we realized..AC was not at all working ..after requesting received only commitment that yes your problems ll be solved but after 3 days stay not received any aby service ...after paying huge amount for 3 nights ..by Leausure trip was spoiled because of this hotel stay ...

    I usually don’t add bad reviews but the stay at Acacia was pathetic. Issues we faced during our stay: 1. Rooms AC was not functional for entire3 days of our stay. 2. Other electronic appliances like TV, kettle etc. okay ere not functional. 3. Shower gate leaked which made our bathroom floor wet all the time. 4. Bed sheets were smelly at first as well as after room service. I doubt they were ever changed or washed. 5. Most important hotel staff was not at all cooperative or paid attention to our complaints. Morning staff blamed night staff and vice versa. Very Rude and Casual attitude.
