The hotel is very conveniently located. It is located on a large street with many bars, restaurants and shopping stores. But the street is not central, the traffic is low. The windows do not overlook the carriageway, the balconies are not noisy. To the sea go 5-7 minutes. You can choose deserted approaches to the sea, so as not to become a victim of annoying merchants. Very helpful and polite receptionists Anshu and Vinay. They will help solve any of your problems. At the reception they give out beach towels, for the beaches of Goa it is very important.

If you're planning to visit Goa, then Pirache Art Hotel Calangute is the best option for your stay.We stayed here from 3rd November to 7th November.The room is the same as shown in the pictures.It was clean and well equipped. The staff was good and cooperative, especially Mr. Praful D'Souza who is a kind and helpful person.The breakfast provided was good. The swimming pool is also clean and well maintained. Car and bike services are available in front of the hotel premises.

A must stay hotel in Calangute at a resonable price. Very cooperative staff. Especially Mr. Prafull was very kind and helpful. You will get selfdriven motorcycle and cars right outside the hotel. Breakfast was really mouth watering and restaurant alacart food was also delicious. Rooms are clean and hot water running 24hrs. Swimming pool was also very clean. Massage at the spa was very very relaxing and at a very resonable price.

Fantastic location. Really near the beach. Rooms are spacious. This year we got a wardrobe. Great value at £36 a night. Rooms cleaned daily, water provided, fridge, tea & coffee, toiletries and free WiFI.

I stayed at the stated '3 star hotel' for 3 days from Nov 26-29. Still wondering how can it get a 3 star tag to it. There are a number of things I'd like to mention but I'll go brief on it. Firstly the AC was working in a poor condition. The bedding was old and dirty. The same wasn't changed everyday. There was no hand towel or soap provided, also after not asking for those. I once ordered a 'wafer thin crust' pizza but I got a filthy looking one as if someone mistakenly sat on it. But thankfully the kitchen team got it replaced it with some other item coz my wish to have a pizza flew out of the window as soon as I saw it. Also they 'upgraded' my room without even asking and frankly it was actually super degraded. However when I asked for the room I originally booked, they did provide me the same.
