Planet Hollywood Beach Resort

Two days at planet Hollywood and my experience is best described as extraordinary!! The stay was perfect....two days of relaxation.. massage... excellent service ...good food...and sweet nothings The beach was so welcoming too. Super clean...white sands Our check in experience was very smooth & all the staff was super friendly and always had a smile on... The entire F&B team especially Chef Rodney and Karl the Manager at Poseidon’s Cove Beach Grill went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well looked after.. The Chalets have a spectacular sea view The smallest detail of towel arts to bring that extra joy . Thank you Ravi for making us smile a little more. If you need that extra indulgence.. The deep tissue body massage at the in house spa is an absolute YESS .. After a long swim.... Absolute bliss!!

We had an out of the world experience in Planet Hollywood. We were welcomed by the amazing hospitality from the staff! A very special mention to Chef Umesh for the wonderful food that he prepared and he went beyond his way to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The resort had the right ambience for our relaxing vacation. Hands down, I would recommend this resort as the best place to plan your next vacation to Goa. We were really reluctant to leave the hotel on our final day at Goa as we had a great experience combined with the ultimate hospitality by the PH team. Thanks to Chef Rodney, Nikhil, Guna, Gauri and Subha for making this stay pleasant & memorable. Keep up the tremendous work, team PH!!

Had a wonderful outing with my wife and 2 children at planet Hollywood. The property is well maintained, tastefully done and keeping up with the high hygiene standards. The food was delicious and staff extremely courteous and warm. Special thanks to the GM Mr Anand and the FNB manager Mr Biplab for the extra personal touch. Overall a memorable experience . Strongly recommend the property. Cheers 🥂

I am staying in Goa only. I came here for family dinner. Chef Anand had served us most delicious food like signature dish Dal makhni, paneer Tikka masala and kafta curry. I don't have any word to describe the taste. It was awesome. I suggest to all please come and visit this place. And avail the services of this resort.The staff members are also so polite and they gives us best service.

We, a family of 2 adults and 1 child 12 years, went for a 7 days vacation on April 2022 with AI plan. Check-in was very smooth with all formalities completed inside 10-15 minutes and we were given our room. Facilities, room service, bed linens, bathroom toiletries, etc. were all in place well through out the stay. Only concern was, though the hotel management had all the signs, notices and information, hand sanitizers placed properly but during our stay there were few corporate groups came where we saw the maximum misuse of the pool when people did not bother about proper swim wears and no masks. At times it is scary because covid has not gone yet. Expected hotel authority to strengthen safety and security guidelines for the safety of the guests and ask them to follow protocols diligently though the hotel staffs follow the rules completely. Now comes the most important part of the stay, the food. We had our breakfast, lunch and dinner at Planet Dailies for all the 7 days. The kitchen has all well trained, polite staffs who took care of us from day 1 but it would be an injustice if I do not mention some of them. They are Monisha, Sandeep, Hazel, Ravith and Yaswantha who went above and beyond to serve us and experience a wonderful culinary journey each time. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the staffs and chefs at the kitchen. The experience at the Chalet rooms are great with few suggestions - 1) A private pool for the chalet rooms or a separate pool for the chalet guests would be nice to keep the privacy in-place, 2) A direct pathway to the beach from the chalet rooms though I understand security is the key concern there but if that can be thought of. Finally, I would like to thank everyone for making our stay memorable with all their efforts and would love to come back again.
