Excellent staff and amazing hospitality. Deck overlooks the Arabian sea. Housekeeping Manager Praveen Jha ook very good care of us. Lots of Greenery in the property. Staff is very kind. Gm - Mr Gurmiit Barry is very kind. Our children were taken care of wonderfully by the staff.

Was looking for a stay in Morjim and happen to come across this place by luck. Excellent beach property. They have their own beach entrance. Rooms are neat and tidy.Breakfast was lovely, South Indian, North Indian and bacon/ham to top it up.What makes this place even more special is the workforce managing the place. From the word go Praveen Jha took care of us and making sure we are comfortable. Excellent housekeepers. Vibe is excellent. Only thing I feel they need to improve upon is their dine in menu. If you are looking for something quite, peaceful, this will definitely rank up in one of the finest.Will definitely come again.

Highly recommended *1000 times….! This place was magical, keep it up…! Stayed at Living room Beach Resort Morjim in the month of march….! Having been to goa several times and stayed at most of the top properties in goa, my stay at Living Room Beach resort was so perfect and m back from my holiday since a week and there is not even single day i dont think about my time at Living Room. The housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, reception staff everyone was very kind and helpful. The hospitality of this place genuinely next level, i completely felt at home, During this trip to goa i stayed at two other 5 star resorts but in both i had called housekeeping for some issue or the other, but when i came to Living Room Beach Resort, there was not even a single call i had to make coz everything was more than perfect…! The view from restaurant was so mesmerising that i still dream about it genuinely…! There was a sundowner party at the resort during our visit, i There was a sundowner party at the resort and we enjoyed so much dancing and listening to the music…! Special thanks to the entire team for such a memorable stay, it was so so good that while sitting in the resort i had already planned my next stay with you when m coming back, they all completely make us feel at home….! Cant wait to be there again and i miss u all every single day, keep going

We were 2 families with kids and stayed at resort for 3 nights in April 2022. Positives: good location, decently sized rooms with comfortable beds. All basic amenities are made available in the room. Resort is right on the beach.. courteous and helpful staff. Improvement areas : overall hygiene of the rooms and washrooms should be improved.
