Veda5 Wellness Retreat & Spa

I visited Veda5, Arambol along with my husband and 3 year old kid in Apr, 22. On reaching the property, we received a very warm and traditional welcome. Sandalwood tikka was applied and a mala was given to us to ward away the evil spirits followed by welcome drink. Check in process was smooth and fast. We opted for a cottage room which is lake facing and has great views. Entire property is extermely clean and well maintained. Pradeep and Sita manage the property with great efficiency and they take care of every small request. Food is a high point here. Me and my husband are hard core non vegetarians and were skeptical of eating veg food and drinking herbal teas while in goa. But the food served was high quality and fulfilling. They even arranged a cooking session for us to learn to cook sattvik desserts and rotis. Entire staff is courteous. Special mention to Dorneya and Nans for providing excellent hospitality. They were very polite and ever smiling, always eager to help. Property is beautiful but staff made the stay memorable.

The staff at Veda5 Goa is the most courteous and helpful. They warmly welcome and leave no stone unturned to ensure a highly comfortable stay for the guests. The property is quite scenic, peaceful and has a really nice lake view. The food is just as amazing. Healthy and delicious. A paradise for Vegetarians!

Choosing a wellness retreat in Goa and that too for an anniversary trip, seemed odd at first. However, in hindsight, it was the best decision I made. The place is homely, cozy and beautiful! The staff especially Sita and Pradeep are just wonderful. I cant thank the team at the retreat enough for their service and the way they took care of us. Attention to the smaller details was perfect. We were they for 5 days and each day, they had a different breakfast menu. The team even discussed with us, about our preferences. Coming to the food, it is delicious, healthy and extremely light on the body. They even serve complimentary evening tea / coffee with some snacks. I absolutely loved my stay at this place and I am definitely coming back. Thank you very much to the team at Veda5.

words will fail to express the amazing time had at Veda5, arambol goa. My father and mother had a weekend stay at Veda5 and it turned out to be one of the best weekends they have spent anywhere .. the hospitality of the staff was simply amazing and that alone would be enough for a 5 star review.. but there is more .. the property is simply fabulous, the rooms are amazingly clean and very neatly done.. the food is unbelievably delicious for a vegetarian spread and it would be fair to say that the resort feels like home away from home .. the staff Sita and Pradeep were simply a delight to interact with and it was a great experience to learn yoga from the Yoga Instructor Narayan Tiwari who has fantastic depth of knowledge in the field and makes yoga an enjoyable experience for all .. overall the stay of my parents was simply said awesome and they cant stop talking about it .. thank you veda5

It was an amazing experience staying at Veda5, Goa.i was on a solo trip but didn't felt unsafe or aloof at the resort. Amazing property, delicious food and great hospitality! The staffs were extremely helpful and professional. Narayan sir was my yoga teacher who was very professional and patient at teaching me various asana and pranayama postures. Loved every single day of my stay here. Definitely a must to go place if you seeking best yoga retreats in Goa.
