Surya was very efficient & gave an excellent service during the stay. Hotel environment was excellent as well. Mr. Pushpinder Singh was very vigilant and keep checking about the service. Feel like coming again& again.

Great Location and our great friend Sandeep was kind always. Nice food and drinks. We all had good times and enjoyed. We definitely will visit again. All staff were helpful and kind. There is no reject to come.

The hotel was a lovely oasis and the food was such a delight. The chef came up to ask how my meal was and recommended some amazing dishes and also brought me a special desert. It was so nice to have such a great restaurant right on property. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been staying with crowne plaza Gurugram more than a year many times and its plasure staying in here. The hotel staff is very much supportive and quick responce. Mr. Kamlesh Overall I would say its best experiance I had staying with this excellent team and would highly recomend to stay in crowne plaza gurugram.
