Excellent place to stay

Stayed here for a night with family and was a pleasant stay. Friendly staff and quick service. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was elaborate and excellent quality of food. It is situated close to many restaurants and shopping areas and right opposite to the small and nice Nepali mandir. It is a convenient place to stay for families.

Old hotel located in hear of city near paltan bazar , well secured with main gates entry controlled by security staff Reception good with big lobby ,rooms neat and clean , little small rooms, Two restaurent , veg, non veg ,drinks available in restaurant... Overall good hotel for stay in Guwahati..

I booked corporate room for 3 nights from 1/3/2021. First they gave me room that was too small and I was told that there is too much disturbance in that because of wedding party.After I showed them the picture and size of room booked than the hotel alloted me corporate room. Stay overall was good. Breakfast was normal. Bathrooms were emitting bad smell due to no exhaust .

Very pathetic service. This hotel must be avoided in Guwahati. The staff were harsh and rude and forced people to purchase from the hotel, not from the aggregators such as MMT or Yatra. They may refuse your entry in case you are booking from the aggregators. So, be aware in case you are booking from these platforms.

First of all the room i booked was corporate room, but they had given us a small room which was totally different from the picture that was shown to me while booking... Secondly, the cookies & chips kept in room was charged separately which was not revealed before check in....when confronted, they did not show me a good behaviour... Plz be careful whilst booking
