I stayed here more than 15 days, the services, hospitality, caring etc all are very good in Hotel as well as Restaurant in allthe staff especially Mr.Chinmaya and ms.Bintha. In the room services very good in view of Covid 19 protocol all the staff follow the rules and regulations.

It was a pleasant stay here in hyderabad grand. The hospitality was amazing and all the staff was very helpful. Specially chinmay, he helped a lot as we were outsiders in the city. We would love to stay again here in hotel hyderabad grand. Thanks

I stayed here for a night - while transiting through Hyderabad. The hotel turned out to be a disaster. The lobby was noisy and crowded, so that you could not even hear yourself speak with the front desk person. The bed sheets and towels looked unclean, so I had to get them changed. The food was decidedly awful - the bowl of curry was half filled with oil, and completely tasteless. Not coming back here.

Power back up is for namesake.. there were power cut during my stay on june 2021, I checked in evening and immediately after chekin to my room there was power cut and it took almost 10 minutes for them to switch to DG supply and power kept cutting for 2-3 times and everytime room used to get complete dark for 10 minutes. when called the reception they politely said it power will come in while. Except reception/desk no other facilities extensions works (no one picked at least during my stay). Food was ok ok, one pot biryani was so cold that you cant eat and overall food experience was so so. dirty plates were lying outside room till 9-10 am in morning until we left the hotel. Buffet breakfast was only with idly/dosa/sambhar/bread/omlet/one-sweet, not much of choice I say. also to add towels provided in room had yellow strain, linens were not so clean.
