As always, had a very comfortable stay in Deccan Serai Hotel. Its a home away from experience. The hospitality is fantastic & every member of the team is very courteous and hospitable. The rooms are large and very comfortable with all in room ammernities. The breakfast spread is good and the food quality is very good. The location is very good.

It was very much comfortable and pleasent stay . Thanks hotel management for keeping all hygiene and safety precautions properly. Hotel staff was very much cooperative and food was also good. Overall decent hotel.

Lethargic management. Bad security. Reception doesn't check who is entering. Manager is "very" confident no new person can enter and if it all someone enters, they can check later in CCTV and find out. So, let something happen and then we can enquire :) To add to it, he is confident that his staff can make out from faces if someone is entering the property with malicious intention.
I was sent wrong details for wifi via an automated message. The room was smelling of STP.
I was given only one set of water bottle instead of 2. Next day I was asked to pay for water used. When I started arguing that every hotel gives atleast a bottle free. Then they asked werent you informed that it it chargeable. I said no, I was told this is water for me when I checked-in. The receptionist then changed the track and said you were provided with two water bottles and on top of that you ordered another. I refused and asked him to call waiter who supposedly delivered bottle to my room and also check the cctv footage. He made couple of calls and said ok I will bill the waiter. Wasted half hour in the process.
Also, couples need to check before booking about double bed, else you will end up with twin beds.
