It's just a great place to live in....i almost lived for 14 days and it was a great stay for me, everything was upto the mark All the staffs and members here were very friendly especially sharmistha,sworup,Sai,bhagya,ankit ,manager Raju and total front office staff

It was a business accommodation and the stay was extremely nice . The staff is extremely co operative and the facilities are top notch . The great staff list includes of. Sarmistha,Bhagya,sai,ankit,sworup and more . Have a happy stay

We stayed in the hotel from April 3rd to April 17th. Lots of thanks to Francis from Housekeeping, Sanmishtha from Reception and Ankit from Belldesk they are all assets of the hotel they made sure that our stay was very comfortable. Sanmishtha made sure we were enjoying our stay and was comfortable each day. She arranged refreshments from In Room Dining as we were not using our Complementary breakfast due to Ramazan fasts. Thank you Sanmishtha..! :) Francis cleaned our room as per standards and was very good at service. He made sure our room was cozy. In Room Dining people need to be quick and on time, in spite of reminding them through call everyday to get the refreshments placed by 6:30pm they placed it every day after 7:00pm. Don't know what made them to delay their services everyday.

I have been to Novotel previously. But this is a different kind of experience for the 14 days of stay that I’ve been with. Very peaceful atmosphere to jog or run. Yummy and yummy full breakfast. I’ve loved the Pan cakes and French toast a lot. Much needed stay for anyone 👍. Very friendly staff who assists in no time. Special thanks to Sarmistha for the assistance. Keep up the great work.
