    Had a brief stay during one of my business trip, the staff was very good and went beyond to provide support, had a pleasant stay and I sincerely appreciate the team. Concierge team not only provided requested services but diligently followed up to see if everything was taken care.

    Top quality service from the bar Manager Kiran and his waiters. Friendly and very professional. Nothing is too much for them. They do their very best so you have a relaxing time in the hotel bar. Thank you Kiran!

    This is an old hotel In Hyderabad, locally known as Grand Kakatiya, and located in very posh area close to Governor House as well as Chief Minister house. We were here for an important conference (13th ASICON). Very attentive staff, quick check in thanks Pooja. Staff here is very professional and super alert. We did not step out of the hotel for four days and nights due to conference. So we got to experience how attentive were staff. Even hotel GM was himself supervising all arrangements for conference - saw him in full action despite late evening time. Flawless conference organizing. Any problem which arose during conference was addressed with lightening speed and maximal efficiency. Thanks to the team! Staff Shekhar was very attentive and solid professional. He is an asset to the hotel. Same words hold true for others including Abhishek. Suhail on coffee station was very prompt and needs a compliment as he served us with a smile from 7am to late evening hours without a frown. Rooms: this hotel will do better with some renovation. Rooms are big and spacious but somethings are falling apart or dated. House keeping is way below satisfaction as everyday we had to request for water bottles as they were not restored. Same goes for coffee etc or soap etc which were not daily replinished unless asked for! Another issue was with room key which also works as security key to use elevators as floors have restricted access (only for guests of that floor). Security is good but key did not work so easily or smoothly. This system needs to be very efficient and not cause inconvenience! Breakfast lunch dinner buffet was satisfactory. Pool is not okay and needs more maintenance. Saw small cockroaches or bugs in board room, in our room -, three times. This needs attention. Bed is very big and perhaps a renovation will be helpful. Blanket and it’s wrap is a bit funny as blanket easily slips out of the cover! A bit messy experience.

    I visited during a conference ASICON-2022 in the first week of April. The reception was warm explaining all the details. I was happy to see the spacious room but in spite of asking repeatedly a room was allotted without any nice view. I was ok with that as I had back to back seminars. The real shock came during dinner and lunch time. In this hot season the food was served outside the hotel in spite of having multiple banquets. For three consecutive days they served us with same menu. The quality of food was horrible and tasted very bad unlike any ITC hotel food. The same gravy had chicken and again served with paneer. We, all the doctor delegates became frustrated after eating the monotonous menu for every meal. Breakfast platter was limited with very less options for guests from other parts of India and World. There was no options for bread. During tea break, only tea or coffee was served without any snacks or cookies. I have attended several conferences but was never treated this way. I even spoke to the hotel officials and complained regarding the same, but they said they couldn't help as this is a conference. In the afternoon by 1.30-2pm one can practically imagine the weather of Hyderabad. We were forced to eat food under a mere shade outside the centralised AC hotel premises. There were no seating arrangement so with those heavy , stained, old glass plates we had to stand, sweat and eat whatever possible or try to seat near the medical representatives desk. It was not only inhuman but extremely unprofessional. On the last day of conference, we had to catch flight so we went to have lunch by 12.15. Every food was on the table covered. The buffet incharge straightway refused to serve us as it was not lunchtime. We told him that we have a flight to catch. He seemed reluctant and denied to serve food. Then we approached Mr. Abhishek. After that only we were allowed to have lunch. This is unacceptable. In a Doctor's conference if we face this humiliation then I hardly can suggest anyone else ITC. No feedback form was given to us so I am forced to write this in trip advisor. I repeat the room service was good and the people who took care of reception, room and concierge were very cordial. But I felt the chef, the people who took care of the menu and serving need to update themselves about how to handle guests and not to destroy ITC's image.

    This ITC Luxury Collection is in a terrible state of affairs ... just filing up the rooms is not the done thing and In diluting the brand standards and treating your elite guests in such a shabby manner . The front office team is in misery and utterly clueless and has no concern to checking in guests and strictly requesting Marriott Bonvoy members to stay out of this hotel and have amore enjoyable and comfortable stay at ITC KOHINUR . The staffs are unapologetic and has no manners to treat the elite guests. The house keeping is in a real mess and you do your reservation in a double occupancy , the house keeping will transform you into a single occupancy .... there is no accountability in this hotel . The General Manager is absolutely clueless what is happening in his hotel and has no concern to even make a call and enquire and never seen in the lobby floor to interact with the guests . The only way we did prefer to continue to stay is fo the usual top class cuisine of ITC wherein there is never a let down and the interaction from the chef's was absolutely great . The hotel maintenance is at its lowest ebb and remind unclean in the main lobby too ... the all day dining had torn napkins being kept on the table and this was being shown to the AFoB Manager . the view from the Club 1 room was miserable .. that outside floor may have been remounted uncleaned for months !!! Probably the worst ITC Luxury Collection unit in ITC Portfolio !!!
