Hotel The Plaza

I stayed in The Plaza,Hyderabad. The location of the hotel is really very good. i stayed for one week. The service of the hotel is very good. I would like to mention the name of Mr. James Samuel, Sales manager of the Hotel,who was very helpful during my stay. The ambience and security of the hotel is superb. The Hotel made my holiday enjoying. They allowed me two hours late check-out without any charge.I will definitely stay in this hotel in my next visit to Hyderabad. Arindam Misra,Guwahati.

Nice Food and clean and comfortable stay. Situated in the center of the Market Place making you more comfortable to shopping and sight seeing. Nice and hospitable staff making your stay rather feel at home.

This government owned hotel is situated right in the heart of the city with easy and convinient connectivity to all parts of Hyderabad. The infrastructure is very good, with well situated rooms and function / meeting halls for holding meetings and functions. The rooms are well furnished but due to staff shortage are suffering maintenance. To be fair, this may be due to the effect of the pandemic. The good point is its food. Though on the costlier side, it is tasty and flavourful. However, on the flip side, the management is not very efficient and professional. There are lack of hands both in the service level and the management level, which reflects on the entire experience during your stay. Another major issue here is being a government hotel, priority is accorded to government officials at the cost of professionalism. You may get delayed accommodation or worse if your pre-booked room is occupied by any official. This I have experienced first hand. With this note of caution, it would be fair to say that the room tariffs are very reasonable and fair value for money.

An average hotel. rooms are pretty good but not maintained properly. staff response and service is also average.Food and beverages are good. altogether a medium three star hotel in. good for travel companies and corporate stay
