    Overoll good no words to say!!,Service was excellent,room also was good everythiing was perfect.specally front office staff was very helpful also house keeping staff,For the breakfast set up was also good.

    I had a almost 1Year stay at Treebo PratzInn, and was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Hyderabad. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room is spacious with everything that I needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care by Hotel Manager Venu and Receptionist Narayana. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

    Action against a complaint will be slow other than that there is nothing to blame, Everything is good. Realtionship between the internal staff is good especially between manager and receptionist is good.

    wifi is poor and had an issue with wifi connection and the response is delayed. staff is good and everything is fine.only negative is the response towards issue will be slow complaints will not be considered as a high priority.
