    I am glad to see that the hotel services have changed quite a lot as compared to earlier which gives a good feel to the guest experience, I sincerely hope and believe that Pride team will always keep improving its services like this.

    We stayed at Pride during diwali 2021 for two days.The hotel and services have deteriorated since last 2 years. We checked in after a wedding was organized and guests had checked out. We were very disappointed to see the state of dirty and unhygienic rooms, unclean toilets. They did not even clean the rooms before check in of new guests. Even the room service was not good. We had to call them multiple times to order things such as tea bags. The only one part which we liked was their restaurent and food service which was good. Pride hotel needs to improve on room service and customer satisfaction. we were disappointed this time.

    Absolutely rude and horrific staff. Specially a waiter name Shubham who serves breakfast at their restaurant. Very short tempered and the entire service at the breakfast table was not pleasing. Please avoid staying here as the staff in this hotel will make you upset while staying here
