I went to hotel it was a lovely staff and very supportive specially Dev singh ji sir and Rakesh ji...They really took care of all our needs and ensured prompt room service,besides the staff at the breakfast buffet were also real nice ...I really like all services.

Stayed in Sayaji indore for four nights... excellent staff and best housekeeping services ...very coordinative and supportive...all thanks to vishvas and subrata for such a great hospitality at sayaji.

I was travelling with an infant therefore lot of urgent crisis had to be managed be it sterilising baby utensils or late night calls for help but to manage all the chaos Advavy and his housekeeping teams Abhijit and Anil helped us a lot .Similar was our experience by another helpful tem at the breakfast table , Harvendra, Gautam, Anjali and Ashwani they would ensure the baby food gets sorted or any over and above requests are fulfilled to their best capacity. A few points though, infant/kids menu should be there , spa can be definitely improvised, room dine in menu can be expanded . Airport drop cabs were overpriced Checkout feedback mechanism was a miss too. Still I guess the best option to stay if in Indore . The overall vacation was smooth coz of their team and the overall experience they provide. Last but not the least the roof top Mediterranean hotel food was tastebuds satiating indeed 🙂

The room service was great but the service at the restaurant was not that good , that could be much better also the staff was not good a little rude . The restaurant menu was also not available . Otherwise the room stay was very good and also the staff at the reception named Mrinal was so decent and helpful . Thanks :)
