My parents stayed at Ramada hotel, Wyndham for the first time. I was earlier very much worried as this time I didn’t travel with my parents. But Mr.Saurabh Gupta, Front office manager has taken very good care of them. He specially greet and welcome them in-person. Room was all ready well on time. It was my mom’s birthday and room was decorated with towel art work as a surprise for her. Small cake was arranged in the evening for her. These small gestures makes moment memorable. All credit goes to Saurabh. Without his efforts, my mom’s birthday won’t become so special. I really like hotel hospitality. I would love to stay at this property for the comfort, care, respect and services being rendered at the time of stay. Food quality was also very good. Thanks Saurabh for making my parents feel so comfortable and making my mom’s birthday - a memorable day.

Hotel room was spacious . Food is very good in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Puppet show on the top floor was good . Had very bad experience with store named Rajwada inside the hotel on ground floor , please don’t buy from this store.

Hotel appearance and services are less than 3 star. Nothing as per Ramada standards. Property needs upgrade. Rooms are smelly, linens are old and aged, toilets badly needs renovation. Restaurant experience is bad too.

I think need more improvement on service nd outer area of Ramada entry it’s very close to dustbin which gives a bad impression most of the people think the same as entry gives impression… improve price list of food
