It was a short stay buy really property is very beautiful. Liked · Cleanliness, Room wall designs and excellent washroom. Would love to stay again here... I would like to thank Hotel management for making my stay wonderful.

Me and my hubby were on a 2 day visit to Jaipur..this hotel is quite close to the Jaipur junction railway station with easy access to Ola,Uber and local autos..the hotel is nice with good facilities. They have an inhouse multicuisine restaurant ie. "Carrots and cabbages" The food was tasty.. though the price is a bit on the higher side and service a bit slow. Overall had a good experience. PLEASE NOTE :- Don't get duped by local rickshaw and cab drivers who guide u to the local outlets for shopping.. these outlets dupe the tourists by charging more and paying commission to the auto drivers. One such bad experience was at RTDC near Jal mahal. Ideal way will be to read onlinw reviews and shop !!

Visited Jaipur last October with my family; It was our last destination on Rajasthan itinerary, so the expectations were high! It's a good hotel if you could ignore some of the finer aspects of hospitality... Confusing? Okay, lets drill down. Pros - Decent location: 10 mins by cab from the station, in a reasonably posh neighborhood - Nice rooms: Simple, bright, comfortable and hygienic - Friendly people: Most staff members we met were good; The Lady managing the restaurant deserves special mention (Thank you madam for such warm reception)! Cons - Complementary breakfast was either not ready or didn't offer variety, probably because there were not enough boarders! - Room service could be improved for sure, we had to wait often very long even for water - Tea/coffee maker supplies not replenished on time (another example of sloppy service) C'mon, don't want to sound nagging here but I tend to look at these finer aspects to assess service in general (I beleive we all have the right to do so as nothing is free, not even the complimentary stuff...) So, would I recommend Hotel The Orion at all? I would, yes, only if you're on a budget and persuasive enough to be able to get the staff deliver better service :-P

NO response on booking amount. We booked hotel for family stay to visit Jaipur and paid owner Sanjeev Rs 10000 advance, Due to increase in omnicron cases we had to cancel it in short time. Sanjeev told me if cancellation is in reasonable time , hotel will provide full booking amount back. We booked in Dec 2nd week and cancel within same week, and till now when I whatsapp the owner they never replied and no booking amount has been returned yet. Please dont book this hotel

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The standard of the hotel is that of a 1 star property. The bed linen and the curtains were filled with stains and were extremely dirty. The room and bathroom were tiny. There was dust everywhere. The pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was unprofessional and the breakfast was beyond words terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
