Excellent hotel very big rooms top class service humble staff really a very good stay recommend to all stayed with my friends enjoyed a lot food was really very tasty and hotel has agood connectivity to all tourist spots

Very good hotel rooms are clean very good in budget food facility is very good lift air conditioning room and staff is supportive and hotel location is also near to railway manager support is also good.

We stayed here for two nights. Good budget hotel near Jaipur railway station. Ambience of hotel is very good. Air conditioning is nice. Entire staff of hotel is very friendly. Some time we feel bad smell from Toilet other wise every thing is perfect.

I booked this hotel through Ibibo, But the hotel is not at all equivalent to the rating in Ibibo. I paid Rs 2000 for the hotel but it is not worth the cost. The Hotel rooms cost should be less than Rs 1000. It is an average hotel next to Jaipur Station. There is a open parking space in backside where every one can part their car and hotel don't have dedicated parking. The hotel towel and bedsheets were not clean. There was leftover packets lying inside the room when we checked in. The worst part was during checkout, the person on reception told that I will get cash back in Ibibo and asked for my mobile. Then they themselves submitted the review on behalf of me giving the hotel rating as 5/5. They are using this fraud mechanism to give false rating of their hotel. So for anyone going to this hotel, don't share your mobile with hotel representatives for cash back offer as they will use this submit false review and rating on behalf of visitor.

Not a good place to stay with family. Staff are very rude specially the guy who sit on reception. They don’t have basic knowledge of hotel industry how to treat guest. It’s just like dharmsala with high charge. I stay there for 3 nights but no room service provided at all. Local water bottle in high price that bisleri and kinley. There are 2-3 bars near by so very awkward for ladies to come late. They will not provide milk and tea in evening and night. No pickup and drop arrangement from hotel side even you coming for checkin at late night. They will force you to take their cab for sight seeing on double cost than market. You can find better options near by in less amount than this ‘Ghatiya’ hotel.
