The hotel is well located just behind the deluxe bus stand at sindhi camp The rooms are medium sized with a powder area also. Hot water is available 24/7 Room service and Roof Top restaurant is available Evening Cultural performance is on the Roof Top Carry your own liquor possible at no additional cost Food taste and texture is very good

Laal Mass and Jungli roti coupled with stories by Dinesh made the night worth remembering, connecting us with Rajasthani roots and making us wanting for more such interactions. Kesari Gulaab jamun ended the night with perfection. Would definitely recommend this place! Our room was also really spacious and clean. But everting fades in comparison to the stories we heard on the roof. Fabulous.

I arranged a stay at this hotel for my family from 19th Feb to 21st Feb. I thought it would be great as my mom and dad never had a luxury stay. I booked a royal room for them but the hotel staff and the manager especially treated them like sh**. My experience is stated below: 1) I arrived early and opted for early check in from agoda, but the manager refused to accept it though that option was available. First he said that rooms are fully booked but later after waiting for 3 hours he offered us to stay. Since we had nowhere to go, we chose to stay. 2) My parents asked them for water to drink so they said that they can offer either mineral water or RO water. But when my parents chose RO water which was free, they didn't provide us. Even after using their phone service they didn't pick up the phone. This happened like 5 to 6 times. 3) The breakfast I paid for, was not worth at all. My parents had to ask or approach the pantry room after every order? The waiter didn't want to serve our table and he was only interested in serving others. Trust me it felt like my parents were staying for free. The only good thing about them is that the rooms are good. I don't know how their website claims to get a trip advisor award but seriously, I I'd have booked an OYO Executive than this. This place and the management are pathetic. I had booked double deluxe room from 24Nov to 26 Nov 2021 2 nights stay. I booked through Agoda booking id- 588971625. I came to know on first night that instead of double bed they joined two single beds. I somehow managed to be there on first night and on next morning and I checked out and asked for refund for the 1 night since I stayed only for 1 night. They straightaway denied the refund. First of all they did not provide what was mentioned and then also denied the refund. Pathetic Hotel and Management. People please go with Pearl Palace Heritage it is an awesome hotel with awesome ambience and awesome rooms and in well budget. I stayed there for 2 nights. Rahul Jaiswal- 7977561109
