It is my second stay and I am very happy with hotel because now rooms are renovated and services also good with food quality and good support by Mr. Harry FNB manager . So finally happy with room staff services etc.

Best hotel for stay when you come for trip to udaipur. Amazing experience and good service. And most best thing is the hotel is very nearest from tourist place. Staff are also very humble and helpfull with guest. I must suggest to stay here for good experience.

Most unhygienic and unprofessional staff I have ever seen. No proper parking space. People kept shouting and begging for blanket or room heaters in chilly winter but the hotel reception believes that blankets are not so chic... you know... mehhh....so basically they don't care that their guests are uncomfortable in chilly January winter. Bathroom not clean.. plug points not working.. kitchen provides small plastic ice cream spoons when I asked for teaspoons... And housekeeping is heartbreaking... People will come with a smile... Hold the bedsheet but they don't change the bedsheet.. instead they just flip it over... Pillow covers were dirty and the comforter cover was stained... I really regret going there when omicron is in such a peak. I booked 2 rooms, the wardrobe in one room had 2 doors but when I opened it, it was full of dust, in the other room, the wardrobe had only 1 door which u can understand that it was half open. I asked the housekeeping to please clean the wardrobe, they put a smile on their face and never cleaned the wardrobe ever. So I couldn't use the wardrobe. #UnprofessionalStaff #TheHotelThug
