    Away from the city , good location, staffs are courteous, prompt service, good food, tolilets are really clean.Rates are reasonable, AC has both hot and cooling modes.Only problem 4th floor donot has elevator access,parking available, overall nice stay.

    We booked room on goibibo, room was excellent, good cleanliness, well decorated room and above all very good staff. Breakfast was included with booking, we check in early and in early check in charge they also included the breakfast for that day morning. Overall Very Satisfactory visit at Umaid Residency.

    Stayed here in Jan 2020 . got a last minute deal on the internet as we had a meeting the next morning at Kukas. Good stay, clean rooms , excellent food but the aisles were very noisy during the night. Guests who were checked in were loud and we could hear the noises in the room at night.Did not get good sleep.the rooms are too close to each other and that is one issue too. Staff was courteous and overall nice stay. would surely stay there again but they need to make sure of the noises in the aisle.

    We had booking for two nights in the hotel . The name is misleading , nothing Umaid about it . It is a very cramped up hotel , rooms don’t have much space and there is no service . We reached hotel at around 11 , however there was no service in hotel and no options nearby for food . They don’t have option for breakfast and you have to go to nearby hotel to have your complementary breakfast. Better they should shut down the hotel if they can’t provide any service
