I stayed with my husband at this hotel in a prime location of Jaipur. It was a beautiful surprise that such an artistically designed hotel with full 5 star ambience was not known to us. The services and food were top class with special mention to AJAY SHARMA at Front desk who was very helping in our booking and providing prompt service. The staff are well trained and courteous. All this at a very reasonable price. Worth more visits in future!

We booked this hotel for the wedding function in the month of Dec.2021. all the facility arrange by the are bery good. Ms. Ruchi mathur help us a lot during function and she was very caring. Reception staff gives us all the on time amd on same floor as well. Thanks to Amrit as well for help. My all the guest enjoy a lot. Food was awesome and tasty . We wish all the very best to all the hotel staff and management team for future and decently we will recommended this hotel to our all the friends and family.

It’s always a delight to visit shakun. Every time I check out, this place beckons me to stay longer and come back again. The hospitality is par excellence. The property itself is the epitome of luxury and opulence and yet manages to be comforting and pleasing. I have had the pleasure to meet some of the most generous and happy people of the hospitality industry at Shakun. To name a few: Resham & Ruchi (sales) Jitendra (Restaurant) Jatin (Front Office) Mahendra (Housekeeping) They are a few of the many many hospitable and welcoming faces that I couldn’t interact with one-on-one. Overall, if you want to take a break and enjoy in the lap of luxury while feeling the comfort and warmth of your home…then this is the place to be.

We requested an early check-in at the hotel over the phone call, at first, I was informed by Jatin, (Front Desk) that was not possible due to no room availability. However, I was informed that I could store my luggage in the cloakroom until the rooms became available. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am and were welcomed by Jatin, he even agreed to provide us with a room because of its availability. The hotel was clean, the room was well lit, decorated, and spaced. Bathroom amenities were provided only if requested. Breakfasts was a simple spread of vegetarian food but lacked some flavor. We ordered room service which was a good Ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) at a reasonable price. However, we did face difficulty at the checkout at 8:00 am. Our car was parked in the hotel's parking and when returned was in a terrible state, it had pigeon crap all over it. We had to clean it by ourselves with no support of amenities from the hotel. This surely did take away another star from the rating. Overall, it was a decent stay for a budget-friendly hotel.

Oh dear. We paid nearly £200 for the first night of a 4 night stay and left the next day. The main issues were noise. Families seemed to have many members in the same rooms, eating in the rooms with the doors open, allowing children to run up and down corridors until late at night. Breakfast was a similar situation, with children playing gaming consoles loudly as parents ignored the noise. The breakfast was shambolic, like a works canteen, with plates and cutlery needing a good polish and dishes sometimes there and sometimes not. The room was not properly clean and the toilet seat was broken. The corridor carpets were stained and dirty, presumably from the night time entertainement that seemed to take place there. The lifts were also incredibly annoying with all the guests we rode with experiencing similar frustration at getting them going and then stopping on the correct floor. We paid international prices and got anything like international quality. We were offered an upgrade and the staff were very apologetic but we declined and moved on.
