Nirbana Palace has great staff, very professional and will make sure they help you the most.. one of my friends fell a little sick they also arranged for medicines.. food is great.. Heritage Room is a must stay.. they have royal interior and overall experience is awesome… if in Jaipur must visit this place..

We visited this hotel in March first, Rooms was good with good amenities, If you want to book this property please don't compare it with business class hotels, This is small but nice property, You will definitely enjoy with your partner or family, Staff was friendly,food was good, Salim on reception and chef Mohit was so helpful. I will definitely visit again with my family

If you don’t want to invest much more money for stay then this hotel is the best option .This hotel is not that much high on price , yet you will get whatever you want. The rooms are good I will suggest go for superior or supreme rooms and hotel is in the centre of the city. Staff is really a very good and courteous. I even took a car also for sightseeing, driver Gopal ji is also ready to serve in all possible way.!!!! Driver Jitu Singh dropped us at the train station even he appointed coolie also for us. If these much is not enough for you then let me add one more feather . I really touched by concern and care of SALIM KHAN when he took care that I should not miss my train… From first conversation to last train station drop along with Salim Khan Govind ji have also given us strong support. I stayed for total 5 nights in the same hotel.All over it is value for money.

I went to rangrezza restaurant in nirbana palace to have traditional Rajasthani food but i was little confused so i called chef then chef Mohit came and explained me about the food and suggested dishes so i ordered and really the food was amazing I really got to know the taste of Rajasthani cuisine. Service was very swift. Appreciated to team nirbana palace kudos. thanks for great hospitality and great food

We booked this hotel thinking its heritage and will have a good experience. The property is very tacky and doesn't qualify to be called a 4 star property. Rooms are very small, not many amenities inside too. Responsiveness of staff was poor, breakfast spread and taste isnt great too.. not well maintained at all..
