    This property is very well located from the main attraction of Jaipur and close to the shopping areas. Very good rooms and restaurant, Great Lawns and for quite sit down. The evenings had local live music and dancer performance for an hour. Very clean property and friendly staff who are always ready to assist. We drove to this property and private parking was available. We used auto rickshaws for local travel and they are available within a walking distance. My only suggestion would be to have proper soap/Bath dispensers, the ones we had were the type used at home these can be opened and refilled, which is not appropriate for hotels. Should have the locked type with special keys for the staff to open and refill the content.

    I stay in Arya Niwas every time I visit jaipur for business (which has been most months over the past year) and that’s because there is no where better. It’s got a charming atmosphere with lovely staff, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious and good value food and a beautiful garden away from the busy city energy. It’s great for a solo female traveller like myself to feel safe and at home, and I’ll never feel alone as there are always plenty of other travellers to speak to. I’ll be returning every time I visit, looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Arya Niwas team 🙏🏼

    in spite of being a budget hotel, all needs of guests are so well thought of, that it may rival many high end hotels. VERY CLEAN AND GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. The is a kettle in the room for tea. the breakfast spread is good, the coffee from machine hits the spot. Staff is very helpful, lounge facilities, travel desk etc all make things easy for traveller. recommend strongly

    I found Arya Nivas very welcoming and comfortable. I liked the fact that I did not find a single piece of synthetic fabric anywhere in the hotel, in any department. The breakfast had loads of variety and was freshly made and delicious I loved the decor of Rajasthani culture of sanganer prints on bedlinen and very tasteful art prints on the walls. In an emergency the doctor on call was easily available and useful. Polite and helpful and smiling l staff. I will love to stay in the same place on my next trip to Jaipur

    Great hotel. Centrally located. Gives the experience of living in a haveli. Neat and clean. Polite staff. Good restaurant and great food. Reasonable priced rooms and tastefully decorated. Great value for money. We have stayed here multiple times.
