    It was a pathetic experience staying here. The staff atitude is pathetic and they ready dnt give a damn about the customer service. It is a total waste of money, pathetic service, dirty torned bedsheets and pillows, TV doesn't work, and many more. Staff attitude and behaviour is a big big concern.

    I visited this hotel around 21th march 2019, I booked this through Agoda online and I paid before booking confirmation and i checked in the hotel. Then, after 30 mins, i got a call from reception that they have received very less amount from agoda and I will have to pay the difference in price or else i will have to check out in 15 mins since they can't confirm the booking. This was indeed pathetic and it was like extortion of money since the staff knew that its day time and nobody would prefer to pack the luggage and move out and find a new hotel in this scorching heat. THIS WAS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FOR. Then eventually I had to talk to AGODA and get it sorted but it caused Half an hour of talking on phone and It added stress.
