I'm was a traveler from Saudi Arabia to Kochi, and as part of quarantine protocol the authorities in the airport suggested some hotels for my stay. I choose lotus 8 hotel. The room was very spacious ,neatly maintained, most of the facilities available and a home stay feel. The room service, various types of food, and dealing of the staff were very good. I highly recommend this hotel for people to stay during their quarantine time in their desired budget level. Sreejayakumar Trivandrum.

After traveling back to India from USA, I spend my 14 days Quarantine in this wonderful Hotel, its located few miles away from the Cochin International Airport, the ambiance is good, staffs where very friendly 5 stars to the stuff of Lotus8. They have maintained 100% clean hotel room and proper sanitizing procedure. The price are very affordable. I am very happy with there hospitality and and treatment provided to the guest.

My daughter and I had come to Kerala from New York during covid because of a family emergency and we were put up in Lotus for 2 weeks. Our stay at Lotus was very pleasant. They strictly followed all the covid protocols.The service and food in Lotus was excellent. Internet was uninterrupted throughout and helped me a lot since i was working and my daughter had classes online. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hse keeping manager Ms. Shalet, Shawn at the front desk and the chef and the boys at the restaurant for taking care of all our needs, providing us healthy & delicious meals and even getting us medicines and supplies. They also arranged for us to to get tested for covid also. Overall we had a stress free stay at Lotus.

I spent two weeks at Lotus8 Hotel. These two weeks were during the (on-going) COVID-19 pandemic and the two weeks encompassed my institutional quarantine in India after traveling from abroad. Before going further, I should tell you that I don't speak Malayalam and this was my first time in Kerala and I was only able to book a repatriation flight just 10 days before arriving. Naturally, I was very apprehensive especially considering I had had barely any time to prepare for traveling to a place I was going to for the first time. But everyone at the hotel made it a very hassle free experience. Firstly, the hotel is extremely close to Cochin International Airport. If you don't have too much luggage, you can probably walk to it. However, if you do have some luggage and you don't want to go through the prepaid taxi route, the hotel staff can arrange a car for you. As you can tell by the name, it is an apartment hotel and the rooms are lovely small apartments. The food at the hotel is very good but a small critique is that the menu is a little limited - although, this might have been because of the pandemic. The staff is extremely helpful and especially considering the time I spent there, the facilities were very clean and hygienic. Two small issues are that the internet can be a little patchy - although sufficient to watch Netflix on your phone and make whatsapp phone calls - and the TV channel selection is very limited. Other than that though, everything is excellent. There is also a bar, restaurant and business center but since I did not use any of those facilities, I cannot comment on them. On this trip, due to obvious reasons, I was not able to explore Kochi at all but the excellent facilities at the hotel, have convinced me to return with my family in the future and yes, we would definitely be staying here!

Great staff, very helpful, good location and spacious rooms. Recommended for travellers especially for those heading to the airport. Staff were very helpful and supportive during our stay. Location was very quite as well.
