Hi,myself rita chetri,i am staying room no 303,The room attendant person Mr. Poltu did fantastic job,first time i visit this hotel.Realy great service what housekeeping did.Definitely i will recomended to others to stay this city hotel near to airport

Housekeeping cleaning is good,especially Mr. Tapas.He cleaned my room on daily basis,with proper amminities and supply.As well as The Manager Mr.Soubik.He is very nice gentleman.The location of Hotel is also very good.

We had chosen Fern as our wedding venue and honestly the experience was very good. Ishita Chatterjee was our event manager and she literally took care of everything and we dint have to worry much. She was very hospitable and so professional .Excellent service . Food,facilities were good too.

Ok ok type hotel, vry vry slow housekeeping services, wasroom was not so good.towel quality was vry low. No doubt food was gud but expensive as compare to hotel charges.. Not vry much satisfied visit....
