    I visited in Monotel 14th of September for business stay I found the staff having very courtesy and calm nature, they keep their guest like there family members. I specifically Thanks to Room/Restaurant service staff name Bappa Ditya and his team & Housekeeping staff name Pushpa and her team to extra take care of mine. They all are very punctual and specialist in there job. I wish to all the best them for there future endeavours. In starting I was stay with them for 10 days but during tha stay I found very comfortable and nice treatment by them so I extended my stay for week. Again I would like to say that they are very good for anything. Food are also very good, higene and healthy.

    Fantastic stay. Very warm hospitality. Loved the way Sagnik handled the checkin and check out in a very professional manner and was extremely helpful throughout the stay. The Food at the hotel was also good. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Keep it up team Monotel.

    The stay is very comfortable, rooms are quiet and cosy with well equiped modern amenities, overall the ambience and the friendly behaviour of the staffs make the whole staying experience more warm. Room services are very spontaneousand the quality of food is excellent. I would like to thanks Sagnik Sengupta for providing this great experience !

    Very bad room service. On calling several times not even single person Came. For room cleaning. Only after calling reception did we get our service done I would suggest to skip this hotel for staying in
