Small but very clean and well maintained rooms

Located on Panchgani Mahabaleshwar main road at Bhose village. Rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. All basic amenities are there and value for money. Breakfast was served in restaurant, limited menu but good taste. Satisfied with the service provided.

Rooms were very neat and clean with dettol hygiene. Service was good. All reception staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were good at their work. But door locking system was not proper so please check that before enter in the room. Food was really good in quality and quantity both, but rates are comparatively high. Place is easily accessible as it is near to highway between panchgani and mahabaleshwar. Free breakfast was good and healthy. Enough parking place for two wheelers ,four wheelers and mini buses. Thanks to all Raya Residency team , God bless you all.

Great rooms at budget rates, clean and nice ambience, spacious mahogany room, Nice breakfast included in room rate - overall good stay at budget. Location is also good right on panchgani mahabaleshwar road

It was a very good stay at the hotel. The staff was good. The room and bathroom were well kept. The room was spacious and neat and clean. The hot water facility was also 24×7. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.

Room is very well maintained. Bathroom is neat & properly cleaned. Room service is also good. Staff is very much co-operative. Breakfast not upto mark. Food rates very high. Location is nice, valley view could have added much better experience. Over all experience was very good, happy with selection of property.
