I visited allure grand with my family, had a great time. Staff is very helpful specially sunil thakur. My room was river and mountain facing ( only 2 rooms in this hotel like this). Must visit if going to manali.

Great location...good service and polite people all around..... Sunil thakur, Gagan Thakur and Prem Thakur.... vicky and others. Just mesmerizing views in the evening or morning from rooms and lawns. Also location is at Solang valley road just 8kms away from Soland and 4 kms from market

Stayed there for 2 nights. We had booked 2 rooms. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Best part was view from room balcony. You get to see beautiful mountains which were covered with snow. Beas river flowing there and sound of water flowing is so very good to hear. Staff was very courteous and polite. I must mention about Prem Thakur who was serving at restaurant. He was very helpful and always ready to serve with smile. This is not a very big property but very well maintained and location is major advantage.

Awesome Location, alongside River. Beautiful View from riverside rooms. Rooms not upto the mark, Specially Suite rooms are very pathetic. But pathetic service, Drivers are very rude with guests, reception people not guide you fairly and allow drivers to cheat guests with local shops.

Bad experience during checkout , manager and staff fighting for silly laundry bill. Restaurant staff is polite and food was decent. Wifi was terrible, not working most of the time. Housekeeping staff is also very polite and quick in service.
