Good location near to mall road .. hotel amenities are good (Royal Suite)...food is good... I arrived at night by 10:30 ,but still they have served hot food ( as our flight was late so have already informed to hotel to keep food for us as we will have dinner in room. We have took breakfast & dinner plan. Thought we were late check-in was done with in 10 min, as room was kept ready... They have HONEYMOONERS FREEBIES or us with flower of bouquet and few chocolate and wine for us I enjoyed the stay Thank you Mr. Vivek

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days as a part of travels itenary.the hotel room service was terrible and room was unclean when we checked in the hotel.The numbers mentioned for dining, reception were not working and even drinking water is chargeable here.even though we report in the reception there were not responding

The property was build nicely but don't seems to have maintained. Our group was of 2 families and we opted for Family suit. Rooms not cleaned. Washrooms dirty Open wires TV not working Not good service I personally won't recomend to stay here unless rooms and service doesn't matter much.

we 3 families stayed in this dirty hotel for 4 nights where we all got bad experience with loose motions and vomiting after eating there food and water and there food is horrible simple word dont stay here

Excellent property in an excellent location - scenic and just a stone's throw from the city center, the advantages are nullified completely by lack of proper management and maintainance. The buffet room is open to cold weather - no heating in dining area and it certainly wasnt worth having any meal sitting in near or sub zero temperature. So the only option was room service. Room service is at times not available on their phone as the phone keeps on ringing with no one answering ... Groups of college students kept us awake till well after midnight with drunken, rowdy kids and without any intervention from the staff - in fact I was in half a mind to call the police - things became so loud and atrocious. No one really cares. The hotel corridor was strewn with cigarette butts next morning - about which again - no one seemed to be bothered. Food was average - nothing extraordinary. Except the two young gentlemen managing the front desk, nothing in this place was worth appreciation. Just shows how lack of strong leadership can ruin all good prospects and expectations from a place. A broad list: Could hear people talking in the next room as well as below the room (hotel property), and also TV running in adjacent rooms. Room wasn't ready when we arrived. We already arrived 4 hours late and we were made to wait for another hour after the 11 hours bus journey from Delhi - for getting the room ready as the previous occupant left much later than the check out time. Broken toilet seats - toilet paper rolls not replaced .... non functional water jet in the toilet bowl ... They charged us more than INR 4400 for this kind of nonsense and that too was supposedly a discounted rate. The actual rate it seems is about INR11,000 per night.... and it is rated as a 4 star hotel. Seriously, are you kidding us?
