The manager and staff were among the most efficient we have come across in India. Raj spent nearly an hour sorting out a visa problem with no thought of personal gain while Sanjay was an “ old school “ gentleman with perfect English who was a delight to deal with. These two were ably led by a very intelligent operator, Amit, who was very generous with his time problem solving some itinerary issues. Had no hesitation booking tours and transfers with these people as they lived up to our high expectations. Could not fault their service in any way and were extremely grateful for their help. Our deepest thanks.

We stayed at d'chalet for 2 nights. The stay was super cozy with an eager and friendly staff. The location is excellent, being walkable from the town centre. The rooms are spacious with a small balcony to bask in the sun. TT and pool facility is an added attraction for games enthusiasts.

One of the amazing experience of our family trip was in Hotel D Chalet. Amazing interiors, rooms were super tidy and cozy great and very friendly service from whole hotel staff. Had a great and cozy time. Surely recommended for all who are visiting manali

Perfect stay from start to finish. Mr Thapa was genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable.Entire staff was on toes and dedicated. Small restaurant area, pantry staff welcomed recommendations and happy to serve. Bone fire provided by Dchalet added more fun to our trip. Morning walk to the nearby woods with sounds of birds, an explicit experience. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

I stayed there for 2 nights from 12th December to 14th December 2) Person sitting on Travel desk was very helpful and curious Cons: 1) Very poor and poorest restaurant staff they don’t know how to to speak with Hotel Guest,one person with Choti ok head speak very badly to me tried his worst language to me 2) Breakfast was included in my stay on 1st day Hotel staff said I got only 1 items (if I took omelette than I am not eligible for paratha or puri bhaji) 3) Rooms shown on website is not the same very old property and very untidy..Blanket was smoky I need to use my blanket which I was carrying 4) Main door stopper and Bathroom stopper was broken from inside no one cares 5) Power failure problem , voltage problem All in all very poor..I will not recommend anyone to stay
