A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. We usually visit manali every year, And till date this was the best hotel we have stayed in Everything top notch Service-10/10 Hotel rooms-10/10 Hospitality-10/10 Hotel food-8/10 Specially the receptionist and the general manager Mr nakul,very politeful and hospitable Took very good care of us Gave us a late check out as well Soon swimming pool is also going to be introduced so will definetely be coming back , The jacuzzi and the view from room,it was just amazing 24 hours high speed wifi Peacuful neighbourhood Easy acess 20 mins drive from volvo bus stand 45 mins from solang valley 10 mins from main market road The maharaja suite is the top most category and its one of the best At any point of the day,the GM is always available to assist and help out (one of the greatest hospitality factor) Overall more than the rooms and food, the hospitality of each and every staff woowed us Really appreciate it Looking forward to see them again soon

We booked a room 316 here. It was very comfortable, food quality was too good, enjoyed jacuzzi, hot water, quick service. Little outside, but good balcony view. Overall, We have enjoyed our stay at this resort.
