Rooms here are very clean. Service Provided is also great. It is a good option to book a room here. But, restaurant is not very quality, you can get better food outside somewhere. It is on mall road, therefore you can enjoy there.

Its a decent budgeted place. Location thought was very good. Rooms were clean and are of decent size. They also have restaurant, but service needs to be improved a bit more. It was nice stay and recommend if looking for budgeted places.

Location is very good but service wasn't up to the mark, Have to wait long for the food. Manager & staff were nice. Rooms were good and in budget. If coming in season time then better book it in advance as it gets full fast. They do arrange the cab for sightseeing. One can go for a walk on Mall road or to Beas river as it is at a walkable distance from here. Overall it was a good stay just they have to work hard on service level.

Hotel is ok but the service is little slow, but its good for low budget , and people can spend on outing. Food is not at all got, one should eat outside. Rooms are spacious but view is not good frpm the rooms. But the best thing is that its at the mall road where there is connectivity to all the places to visit.
Not at all comfortable just a staying place....

How ever the manager is and staff quite ok and supporting but there are no resources available in the hotel for a comfortable stay and you end up paying high just because of the location at the mall road. room are not so tidy and comfortable restaurants are never to be visited only some dishes from the menu were available and giving a nonsense reason of off season... will strongly recommend not a family place, could go for a gypsy journey......
