Nice Hotel with great rooms. We easily avail the rooms on our visit and we were over whelmed by the staff. We had stayed here for two days and three nights and we really enjoyed the stay. Even the food was good.

The property situated just off SV Road in Vile Parle is extremely conveniently located in a quiet residential area. The property is small, with only a few rooms, but clean. The rooms, although small are quite adequate and extremely clean. The bathroom, with a nice hot shower, is again clean. The property has free wifi and complimentary breakfast, but the complimentary breakfast is fixed and quite frugal. The Sunday breakfast is omelette, toast and a flask of tea. The downside is the dampness in the walls during the monsoons. All in all, a very decent property for the budget traveller who is cost conscious but still wants a clean room and bath for a day or two in Mumbai.

Golden Residency visited here with a friend , it was from mid after noon to overnight stay , stay was good , rooms were really clean and and well maintain food was good , infact kinda good ... stay was really comfortable !

The most positive about this property is their staff. They were all very helpful and went out of their way to look after me as I was not well on this trip. In terms of the room - basic and amenities were almost non-existent. Two small bars of soap all they supplied. the property is really run down and is in need of a good injection of investment. if you are on a business trip then it is not so suitable as there is no space to work on except on your bed. there is no kettle or fridge in the room so every time you feel like a cup of tea/coffee or hot water, you will have ask one of the staff.

If you are looking to do wedding shopping in the Santa Cruz area (seasons, friendship etc), then this hotel is in a great location. You can get a rickshaw for approx 20 rupees and it's a 5 min drive or 20min walk to the shopping. Be careful walking as there is not always proper pavements. It was also only 40-60 rupees in rickshaw to juhu or 20min drive when there isn't much traffic. Gold cinemas is also very close by. Hotel is small is more like an apartment only has 6 rooms, the staff are a group of boys who are helpful and fulfilled all our requests- helping with luggage, bringing water, early checkin/ late checkout etc. We would remind them to clean the room everyday. We had breakfast included and got phone call reminders for breakfast every morning, but selection was basic chai, coffee, bread, omelette and powa. Do not get ground floor room, the rooms above on 1st floor have better bathrooms. The rooms are ok size wise, not massively spacious but we were out most of the day and were there just to sleep so it was fine. Bathroom was ok, hot showers but need some renovating. The sinks are very small and shower is next to toilet so like a wet room. Request the good night plug in from the staff and leave it on at night so you don't get mosquito bites. For the price it was not a bad place, is basic though so if you are looking for luxury then pay more and stay in the hotels in juhu.
