Hotel Suba International Mumbai

Suba hotel seems to have larger rooms than anywhere in Bombay. What I liked even more is the warmth of the people that staff the place. Always eager to help and always keeping an eye out. We will come back again.

The staff was extremely friendly. Room was also nice and comfortable. Food was also very tasty. It was totally good experience for me. I checked out hotel room early morning 5.45 AM still they packed breakfast for us. Strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the nice and comfortable stay.

Too good. Loved it. The service was very good. Staff people were very friendly. And the room had everything one neeeds. Plus comfort and cosy. One can definitely book their stay with Suba international

Positives : 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Very Clean 3. Staff is polite (Had a good experience with reception as well as concierge) 4. Sufficient toiletries provided 5. Fast checkin and checkout 6. Allowance for late checkout shows flexibility and a customer mindset. Improvement areas: 1. Very limited Breakfast menu (only 4-5 items, all Indian). Need to request separately for items like egg omelette, toast and aloo paratha. Then they make it from inside the kitchen and bring it out. They need to include more western cuisine and non veg on the breakfast table outside. 2. Some of the reviews mentioned ipad controlled rooms. This was no longer present in the room when we stayed there. 3. AC system is aged and remote is old. 4. The shower cubicle does not have a glass door so while showering all the water falls outside the shower cabin

The cleanliness and ambience of the hotel is nice. There was no hot water available in the shower. On raising the issue with the front desk, we were told very rudely by the night manager Mr Dhiraj, that they have never promised us 24 hrs hot water. His behavior was very rude. I hope his attitude does not reflect the culture of this hotel.
