I’m really impressed of Mr Sukhjinder Singh demeanour n memory as he recognises me from the days when I was flying with SQ. I’m retired now n I was there to meet my wife Seema Kumar room 1905. He remembers me n helped me with my luggage. I also saw that he attended to all guests the same way. If he wasn’t wearing the mask I bet he was smiling as he greets the guests as you can see it in his eyes.
I would like the Westin to acknowledge such dedicated individual in the hospitality industry as I was in the same industry for the past 43 years.
Please extend my compliments to him n I hope to drop in soon.

I need to thank Westin team and especially the staff Siddhesh in front desk , Siddhika in customer relationship and Mr Sukhjinder Singh in security department . Since the time I visited Westin in mid April from start to my end trip they have all be very cooperative and made my stay pleasurable . Thank u would really visit this hotel in mumbai always

Excellect, tasty, mouthwatering food was served to our 150 strong family and friends on 27th March 2022 by Chef Lucky and his team. Our whole circle was full of praise for the excellent food served to them. i give 10 stars out of 10 and recommend to hold functions at Westin Ballroom. Dr Paresh M Desai.

The Westin does indeed deliver..I stay here alot and it is gratifying to see things getting back to normal. The service is always top notch and there is a welcome from most Senior staff not all I might add when they see a returning customer. The room was great as it should be for the price and the seasonal tastes restaurant loverly as always. Mr Singh on the security staff and Prakesh on concierge are stand out members for me. They look after me and make sure I get everything I need.
The gym is great as is the pool area .very well kept and maintained.
I am going to be picky about a couple of things. The outside area of prego which is also fab btw is rife with mosquitos and I got bitten alive out there. Some insect lamps would be great and would help.
The pool bar should now be open. If it was people would drink and spend money. I am not sure why its is not open it can't be covid so there must be another reason
The biggest disappointment for me is the Executive Lounge.. very poor - it was much better pre pandemic. No toaster that works. Rock hard butter in plastic packets. No newspapers which by the way you would not catch covid from. No friendly managers to greet you just some very unfriendly waitress. As a club member I expect much better. Something to work on perhaps.
That said it was a good trip.
