superb staff awesome service , very well mannered and helpful staff. Clean and hygienic hotel. clean room and nicely maintained with all the amenities. Reasonable and decent pricing. The over all experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it to many people

Amazing service by staff specially by Yatish Shetty. Very prompt for service. Rooms are very clean and hygiene giving an amazing view for a break from your daily routine. Food is amazing offers alot of variety.

Outside food & drinks arenot allowed here.
It's not due to covid restrictions, that is over long back. Its the Royal Tulip who has decided this to make more business and revenue for them.
We stayed here with 9 year old kid & offcourse when we are on vacation we all used to like varities of food like McDonald's, KFC, Pizzahut, Domino's.
But guess what, hotel decides that you are allowed to eat only what the serve.
I am surprised to see this here as even major 5 stars like Trident, JW no one stops us to carry outside food and liquor as we stayed many a times here without any such issue.How can someone decide this kind of policy. Who has the right to make such stupid policies. There must be someone who should be looking after on such issues that causes inconvenience to the guest. Even after paying a hefty amount to the hotels we don't have right to choose the food we want to eat.
After speaking to Mr. Sandeep who is most arrogant with his rude behaviour. Who doesn't even know how to deal with guests. I am pretty sure he has never been trained under proper Hotel Management course or else he would be knowing the proper way to handle the guests.
So if anyone is a food lover like me or love to explore variety of food from outside while staying in this hotel, please Stay away from this property.
The swimming is also closed to which hotel states Entry to Swimming Pool (Closed till further notice from State Govt.). Actually it's under renovation and no government notice to keep the pool closed.
I would not recommend to stay here.š„µ

Beware guyz !!
Outside food not allowed. We are travelling with kid & how can someone decide this kind of policy. All 5 star hotels allow outside food & after speaking to Mr. Sandeep who is most arrogant with his rude behaviour. Stay away guys.

old property.. third class .. food quality was also not good..... there is no any star quality hotel... fell like local guest house... and breakfast service was very poor... i strongly suggest to all do not take this hotel ...otherwise ur money will waste..
