    We traveled as a family and the staff at the front desk made sure we had a comfortable stay. We got a room upgrade and the housekeeping was considerate to provide an extra bed to us. Hotel is just a stone’s throw from Juhu beach and well connected to a lot of areas of interest. They have a couple of restaurants in their property and serve decent food.

    The hotel is not a 5 star one but it's amenities, cleanliness and services are enough for anyone's needs. The staff is polite, helpful and respectful. My stay here was comfortable and relaxing. A good experience overall.

    The amenities aren't much. It's reminiscent of old Bombay hotels. Rooms are smallish and the bathrooms are all right. A couple of toilets were leaky. It's all right for a couple Of days stay. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Juhu Beach is walking distance. The locality is also quiet.

    Air India booked us into this hotel after we missed a connecting flight due to delay of their service from Nairobi on 12th January 2020. The hotel is small but comfortable enough. The only drawback is that the restaurant is in a separate building and you have to go out of the hotel in the morning to another building to have your breakfast. Can be tricky when it rains
  • Bumped of flight to crappy hotel

    We got bumped off an overbooked flight and sent to this hotel ... not something I would book voluntarily. Rooms are small and survivable nothing to rave about. The bathrooms are terrible. The floor is all one level no partition/shower curtain. One bath room looked like it needed a good scrub down to the point where 4 of us were sharing the other bathroom as the 1st was so dirty. We had no hot water from the time we arrived. Despite calling house keeping more than once the problem was not solved. Had to have a cold shower at 3am tp go to airport. Food selection looked good unfortunately we were not allowed to order most of it only from a small section of the menu. Not a hotel I would recommend...
