We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The management/staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. ALL the staff are friendly, helpful and go beyond thier way to help. Right from the moment you enter the hotel you are made to feel special. The staff at the entrance, by the gates and by the door/security are always smiling and welcoming. The staff at the Reception, Restautrants, Housekeeping and everywhere in the hotel are abundantly friendly, attentive, professional, flexible and helpful. Thank you SO MUCH. Bless you guys.
In particular I would like to thank Renuka (and others) in the restaurant, Raju D (for always going the extra mile and using his initiative and his incredible service in housekeeping), Shridhar, Farheen, the Front office managers (Adeel and the other Front office manager), Agnel (for all his help) and of course many many others........ Words cannot express how much we have enjoyed our stay.

Dinesh and Rivaldo were exceptional hosts for our Easter lunch. All our needs were catered for and we had a wonderful time. The food we had was outstanding and we would certainly recommend Celini and all the restaurants at the Hyatt. Well done to all involved!
A Sham “Grand Hyatt” - not worthy of a 5 star

This is a 3 start hotel disguised as a 5 star.
Hyatt should downgrade this to 4 star at best.
NO 24 hour cafe in hotel - a standard requirement of a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast -Only open 7am onwards - clearly not designed for the jet lagged Travellers.
Club room - A grand hyatt - typically includes a cafe and snack most busienss hours . But NOT this location.
At check in I was told - you can have a lounge hours - 5:30-7:30pm!!! (Not all day, when I said that’s not standard hyatt practice- the manager on duty said, “ Busienss decision”!
My question is how is this a Grand Hyatt , this is perhaps equivalent to a demoted 4 star.
Hyatt should demote the flag of this “Pretend” Grand Hyatt or change the management.
Pathetic and insensitive. It’s a jungle raj where customers are taken for a ride!

Even after online checking etc one can be asked to wait for 45 minutes at midnight. Highly unprofessional and insensitive treatment being given to customers. Not expected from Hyatt at all. They must not forget that they are because of customers only.
One of our worst experience in a 5 star hotel

The room was not even checked prior to our arrival. The refrigerator and the safe were actually missing from the room! Cleanliness was lacking and amenities were incomplete. Even the telephone mouthpiece was dirty. Complained to the General Manager about the same but got a very rude response !!! Will never stay at a Hyatt property again.
