We stayed in this hotel for a day ...it our family trip to mumbai...we had ounderful experience, the hotel staff is amazing, they literally treat guest as God....very very nice and comfortable atmosphere.....hotel is well managed in all respects by professionals...I could find a uniqueness among all staff that,hotel has strong team work spirit....which fundamental for growth and success of an organization B My best wishes to all hotel staff Dr.S.V.Shirol, kolhapur

Stayed between 6th and 7th December. Room found to be specious, clean. Front desk, support staff were found to be polite, cooperative. Breakfast served was good. Location is near international airport hence easy to reach airport.

The hotel is quite a good option for short business visits. The ambiance and room service is great with a facility for free of cost early check-in. The breakfast is also worth trying with plenty of stuffs even to the likes of a North Indian. The cab services are easily available outside. In short, a worth visiting hotel for short trips.

In the name of hospitality there is nothing apart from the hotel is near by mumbai airport. Stayed for aprrox. A week. Horrible exp. The staff, the food ,in room thi g's are worst ever I come across. In room they put torn linen and bedsheets (refer) pics. In name of fixed menu they served the worst food, some items they served which are not even mentioned in their own menu The staff is ridiculous, ready to argue for each and every thing. It will be your mistake if you point any descrepency about them. They say so many things are complementary but you don't get them until you ask and that to you need to wait. The complementary wi-fi is pathetic worse than normal 2G internet. Overall can't be rated below one. Else it deserves Zero as even after completion you wouldn't see any improvement
