Nice property with well designed, spacious and organised rooms. Helpful staff and a safe place. Has a cool and large balcony like no place. Had a 3 day hassle free stay with great hospitality. If planning to stay nearby its a must try.

Old property but well maintained, Staff is friendly and helps with excellent service. Rooms are big and spacious with added balcony to sit with partner. I would suggest to must visit the hotel. The location is awesome with nearby to BBC and other pubs. Should try once

we have been confirm 2850 for 1 night and then after staying for 2 days we have been charged 3650 per night. management is cheating each customer. very bad service and poor management.the staff at hotel are worst in hospitality and they even dont care with whom they are talking .

When I checked into the hotel, the room assigned to me was filthy there was dust everywhere on the tables and dirt & stains on the bed. I was forced to dust the bed myself as I had checked in late in the night and was too tired to complain but took photographs to show the hotel staff. The next morning when I complained they decided to change my room, while I just wanted assurance that the linen and every inch of the room would be cleaned. When I returned in the evening, they assigned me a room close to their game room where boys there could look into my room. I complained again explaining to them the situation. Then they assigned me a room (which by way featured as under maintenance on their list), I waited an hour but the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. I complained again - but this time I raised my voice and started yelling until they assigned me another room where again after spending one hour I called the front desk manager and asked him his opinion on the air cooling. Post which he promptly assigned me another room (which happened to be the first room I checked into the previous night). While I was going through this ordeal the hotel’s junior staff (young boys) were sniggering and laughing. This hotel is not for single lady travellers, I was so uncomfortable the first night besides the dirt in my room - the lock of my door kept beeping as if someone was trying to enter. I asked my sister to join me for the second night as I seriously didn’t want to be alone. After paying 7k for two nights the ordeal and discomfort is etched. I recommend that you don’t stay here even if it is the last place on earth.
