The Byke Suraj Plaza Pure Veg Hotel, Thane

We tried the farm fresh restaurant here. That's the pure veg restaurant. We visit here regularly and this time we tried their buffet. Mahesh and rimon made our experience comfortable and easy. The food was very good and has great variety. Would definately visit again.

Overall , i would rate the services of this Hotel as 7 Star with High Level of Professionalism in all departments of Hotel. My 20 + guests thoroughly enjoyed the stay and services at this Hotel from 3rd April till 8th April 2022. Very Polite staff at reception and superb management of Guests checkin and checkout with all the help provided to our guests. Special thanks to Ms.Poonam (GRE) for overall Guest reception supervision. Thanks to Mr.Sahad Akhtari ( Sales) for all the great support right from Booking till checkout. Mr.Sahad is the Sales person we can reply even at odd hours and we appreciate his professional services. Thanks for Ms.Shradha (Reservation) and Ms.Rangama and Mr.Rohit both front office support for helping our guests queries and chkin as well as checkout. One of the most enjoyable part of our guests stay was the Delicious and Healthy food at restaurant and my all guests loved the food and hospitality rendered at restaurant all the timer. Thanks to cooks and Mr.sachin (manager) and Mr.Rakesh (Captain) for enabling this wonderful experience at restaurant. We were very happy with the first impressions at the entry of this Hotel by the Very Polite and courteous Security staff , most of the time with Smile and respect our thanks to Ms.Vaishali and Ms.Geeta at security. We can write a lot more about the experience as our all guests left extremely happy and we highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants to have a Happy and Pleasant Stay Experience. Extremely posh Lobby is an added attraction.

The food is pure veg and the best available... The delicacies are immaculate. The way they are preparing vegan dishes is simply awesome... Pradeep was very cordial and helpful. Must visit to satisfy your taste buds.

We stayed for one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. Food was quite good, breakfast had good variety of options and rooms were clean. Staff was also polite. Definitely recommend if someone is looking for a mid-range hotel. Parking facilities can be better and check-in can be a bit faster.

The food options are good. Namrata who was at the desk was very cordial and served food, explained the menus. She was making sure kids also enjoyed the meals. Food quantity is adequate. More importantly, starter mushroom Shanghai was excellent, noodles and Manchurian gravy was spicy and tasty, we also had Fussilli Ala Fungi pasta which is best. We order two special thali which was having many items, and more than for a single person. Thali was served with Gajar Halwa, which is awesome.
