Comfortable bed, clean & specious room, helpful & courteous staff. Close to airport. The flip aide is TV has limited channels & channels keep on changing automatically. Shower & telephone was not working & hence room was changed. Breakfast is below average & food is relatively expensive.

Any hotel that doesn't provide packaged drinking water is poor in my opinion. They did not provide any water bottles at the time of check in later on when I called reception to send water they said you have to buy it we do not provide. He literally said " ye rate me hame parwadta nahi hai pani and free breakfast dena" but the deal was including breakfast. I have to pay for the water and check-out at night, did not stay for a night as I was traveling. Other than that stay was not upto the mark ! Room was ok, spacious for 2 people. In photos they have shown the bathtub in bathroom which is only for premium room. I found that misleading as nothing specific mentioned on the FAB hotels app. At the time of check in and on call with reception, i found reception guy a bit rude. Location wise it's walkable distance to marol metro station, that was a good thing about it!

This is a terrible place, the place is frozen since last 25 years, no upgrades, dirty, bathroom and commode are stained and not cleaned since ages. Towels seemed used and bedsheets moist, room full of mosquitos

Worst property, they took more bookings than capacity and denied check in at midnight after I had a long day at work. Worst worst worst experience. This property should be barred from Mumbai listings by TripAdvisor and all other portals.

Waste of money my stay was just pathetic, bathroom is the worst, dirty bedsheets. Will never recommend anyone,its a complete waste of money roons are quite small as the amount they charge, my experience was just worst.
