Where do I start, the place is right at the road, so an early morning noise of the street will wake you up. That is only if the noisy fan and faulty AC allowed you to sleep at all. The shower didn’t work smoothly either. The receptionist lady was rude and made us wait for an hour even when the rooms were available for check in (I would have gladly obliged if she would have asked for extra money). Also (for those who care) the bed makes a lot of noise.

At times its not about the stay but its about the services or behaviour that the staff which creates an impact about a place or a property Definitely this place gas set a standard for most lowest and unprofessional services and behaviour We definitely dont mind not being allowed as it wasnt a couple friendly place and we respect it too but the levels of unprofessionalism was at its peak The lady who was at the reception had no manners at all No hospitality standards nothimg at all we belonging to the same industry definitely understand what the basic norms and standards are But here it was zero The lady was in such a disrespectful manner as if i stole something from her To conclude Will never ever recommend this place no matter its just a min away frm My house

I stayed in this hotel for the first time Check in- 13 jan Checked out-17 jan Room- 303 I checked out today from this hotel with the most terrible feeling. I had a packet where I had my undergarments and sanitary napkin which went missing from my room when I was out whole day for meeting. I complained the receptionist and they told me there was no packet as such, like m accusing of losing my gold chain. I said I won’t be lying for packet for undergarments. Two days I chased and then third day I get a call from reception saying to check my cupboard properly and they had placed it back in the small compartment. Secondly, even in breakfast area, no proactivnes- breakfast was not Ready until 8 am and they were taking to each other so loudly. I always used to stay in le grand right next to this hotel. Due to that hotel getting oversold on my dates, I had to stay here. Oyo being a management chain cannot even run such a small hotel with professional staff. All very young people there with no sense of professionalism. I would never recommend anyone to stay here ever!

The whole place was dusty and smelly. There did not appear to be any meaningful housekeeping in the recent past. There was mould on the cupboards. Hair particles all around. The linen did not seem fresh.
