The Byke Studio Pure Veg Apartment, Thane

In December my cousin sister got married which was organised by the Byke hospitality(In Thane). We had a wonderful experience because of the well manged and properly coordinated team. I am happy that I choose Byke hospitality for my sister's special day,it truly made it memorable and breathtaking. These studio apartments worked wonderfully for our guest at the wedding. It was pretty comfortable stay and convenient for all the guest and everyone was happy with the arrangements

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. When I was extending my stay at the hotel, by mistake I did a booking for the same date for which I already had a booking. I contacted both MMT and hotel for date change but they canceled the request and I had to do 1 more booking. It was all fine till that point. I went out for a sight visit and when I returned back to the hotel I saw hotel staff put my luggage outside without any prior notice. I found a few of the items missing. They messed up my all items with other people's luggage and they do not put any stickers on my luggage. Also, when I contacted the hotel manager, he was very unprofessional and rude. He didn't take any action from his end and also when I asked for a complaint register they don't have any. They had ruined my complete trip. Please stay at this hotel at your own risk. If this is with an MMT assured hotel then what will happen with any unassured hotel.
